On the 1st November 2010, The Gadget Show was shown on Channel 5 in the UK. In the Program, there was a brief apology to Freebiejeebies. In the previous weeks episode, there had been a feature about online scams on Facebook and they had shown a Facebook users page which also had a post from someone else advertising their Freebiejeebies referral link, this could have implied that Freebiejeebies was linked to the Facebook scam. Some exceem members and the Freebiejeebies owners contacted Channel 5 about this issue and the result was an apology from The Gadget Show. The actual wording was......
"In last week's show, in my section on spam, we inadvertantly referred to the company Freebiejeebies as a scam. However, we'd like to confirm that Freebiejeebies is a completely legitimate company, which runs on a referral-based system to give people free gifts. We apologise for making this mistake."
The Gadget Show had done some research and found Freebiejeebies to be a legitimate company that sends out Free Gifts, hopefully this will put your mind at rest if you were worried about Freebiejeebies.

Freebiejeebies was launched on the 14th of march 2007 giving out free gifts to the UK. They announced themselves on the exceem forum who welcomed them into their community and they remain regular contributers to the exceem forum to this day.

Freebiejeebies have gone from strength to strength and is now giving away free gifts to the whole world (apart from India and the Philippines and by the end of July 2010 they had given away an amazing £959,055.89 of free gifts and have now passed the £1 million mark and increasing every week.
Freebiejeebies have given away everything from small items like DVD's, Video Games and free iPod Shuffle to large items like free Playstation 3, MacBooks and things for the house like washing machines and furniture. Freebiejeebies also give away Bank transfers, Paypal payments and given away Amazon Vouchers. Basically, if there is an item that you want, Freebiejeebies will do their best to get it for you by using the "custom offer" option in your account. Simply send them a message using their support system and tell them what you want and they will reply with a quote of how many referrals you will need. Your job is then to get that amount.
