(3) - Refer Friends. Once you sign up, go to your "refer friends" page in your account and you will see your very own referral link. This is the link that you pass to friends and family so that if they sign up also and complete an offer, it will credit your account. Place your referral link in the signature of any forums that you belong to "AS LONG AS REFERRAL LINKS ARE ALLOWED on that forum", or places like Facebook, Myspace, Bebo and MSN and your own personal websites. (4) - Receive Your Gift. When you have received enough referrals to get your gift, a button will appear on your account saying "Verify". Click this button and your account will be checked to make sure that you and your referrals have completed their offers correctly and also that they haven't tried to cheat the network by creating multiple sign ups as well as other things that are against the rules. If you follow the rules correctly and haven't tried to cheat the company, your account will be verified within about a week or less and your item will be shipped to you with no postage charge to you. Let's take Sky TV as an example shall we? Will I get any spam from the free gift network?
I certainly haven't got any but if you are worried about getting spam, why not create a new hotmail (or similar) account before you sign up and use that email address? Then, if any spam was to appear, it wouldn't come to your main email account.
When i get my first gift, can i then get another?
Yes, you can. When the free gift site send you your gift, a "RESET" button will appear on your account and once it arrives, click that button and continue trying to get more gifts. Any referrals you have extra will still be in your account when your first gift arrives, you don't even have to do another offer.
am i safe giving my personal information to the free gift sites?
Yes. Obviously they need your name and address to send you out your free gift. The only financial details they would ever need would be if you were getting a cash gift, they would then need your account number and sort code. With that info, they can pay money in but they can't take anything out.

If you sign up for me, the only info I will have is your email address. I may send you 1 welcome email but your email address will not be used for any other purpose.
how long does it actually take to get a gift?
There really is no accurate answer for this as some people get free gifts every week and some people just give up. The more friends and family you have, the quicker it will be. Also, if you have lots of internet friends on forums or chat rooms, the more possibilities you have for getting referrals. The harder you try to get people to sign up, the quicker your gift will come.
I have done an offer but my account says that i havent
Some offers credit almost immediately but some offers can take up to 14 days. Some offers will have a "pending" status which will then change once the advertisers is sure the offer has been completed correctly. If, after 14 days your offer still hasn't been credited I would advise you to use the "support" option in your account to contact the free gift site who will investigate.

some suggestions and ideas that could help you get referrals
1 - I would advise you to make your own website as this gives friends, family and even total strangers the chance to read your site and then sign up. Just Google "free templates" and you will see many sites that offer these. Then, just edit them to suit your own needs by changing photos, adding your own words and putting your referral link on it. It might sound hard but trust me, I'm no internet expert and this is was a free template. You can get then free hosting sites that will put your site on the internet for free for everyone to see.
2 - Join exceem by clicking on the exceem logo on the top left hand corner. This forum is full of people like you and me, trying to get free gifts and sharing ideas and knowledge with other members. You will get ideas here and encouragement.
3 - Put your referral link in your signature in any forum you are a member off but make sure that it is allowed first. If you make a website, put that link in your signature too. The more chances it has to get viewed, the more chances you have of getting referrals.
4 - Tell your friends on sites like Facebook, Myspace, Bebo, Twitter and MSN etc. about your link or website, maybe some of them will be interested in free gifts. You can then give them more info about the process.
5 - You can get free business cards from places like Vistaprint, you just pay for postage. You can distribute these (or flyers) to friends or if you are motivated enough, why not hand them out to people in your shopping precinct but make sure you pick up any they drop, dont litter the streets.
6 - Your local shop may allow you to stick a card in their window for free or a small charge. Do so and get people to visit your website or your referral link.

The Basic Rules of getting FREE gifts

2 - If you can't do an offer or don't want to do one, you can trade in 3 completed referrals and exchange that for an "OFFER COMPLETED" status. Bear in mind that you need to have 3 people who have signed up for you and done an offer for this to be allowed. So, say your first gift needed 15 referrals and you to do an offer, you could skip the offer and just aim for 18 referrals instead. Once you have your 3 completes referrals, use the "support" option in your account to contact the site and ask for the swap. This swap only applies to your first gift because no one needs to do another offer to get more gifts on that site.
